SAHMmelier reviews restaurants and wine regions, wines samples, and wine related items. Please contact for invitations to events or press trips. We choose a new region of the country to visit each summer and try to eat/drink local and review accordingly.

Samples submitted for editorial consideration may appear on SAHMmelier, in an article for a different publication, or highlighted on a social media platforms including Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook.

A full feature may include a food pairing and recipe, a story about the producer, a theme, or as part of a greater life experience. Faulted wines or wines that do not appeal to my readers will not be covered.
